How I Attack Back Pain and Get Relief

This is my routine after a rigorous day, to help soothe my sore muscles and ease my frequent back pain.

First, I apply ice wrapped in a thin towel for 20 minutes to the painful area. After removing the ice, I follow-up by using a heating pad with low to medium heat for 30 minutes.

To keep yourself fit for whatever tomorrow brings, exercise with the “Perfect Little Body Workout.” The video is designed for anyone to improve flexibility and muscle tone. Try to workout three times a week, taking breaks when needed.

My low-impact, aerobic exercises can be used in or out of water.  Working out to my aerobic exercises is one of the best ways to maintain a healthy body and back. The exercises on the video will help strengthen the spine-supporting muscle groups. Many pain specialists in the medical field have referred their patients to use the “Perfect Little Body Workout.”  https://www.youtube.com/watchv=m1Ojsuj47Fw&list=UUtznUi4COummnozGcKghHng    Everyone should start working towards a more pain-free active life today.

I am very passionate about my health.  My healthy lifestyle is a priority because I am four-foot, one inch tall.  And I am a dwarf with achondroplasia.  Everyday I work towards making my diet clean and simple, with food that is fresh, healthy and delicious.

Exercise is vital to my daily routine.  I produced a popular exercise video which is now available in DVD and digital download format. To purchase a DVD or digital copy click on the “buy now” button at: http://www.pamprentice2020.com/plb-video/
