The Perfect Little Body Workout DVD starts out with a warm up and goes into 30 minutes of low impact aerobic exercises for a total body workout. These exercises have been approved by members of the LPA Medical Advisory Board.

Many people have lost weight working out with the video. The exercises are designed to strengthen the back muscles which helps prevent back pain. This workout is appropriate for people of many different fitness levels and abilities.

The workout can be used by all ages. It is recommended each person exercise at their own pace to achieve the full benefit. I created the exercises as an enjoyable challenge.

I have to say watching workout videos with the average long legs and normal length arms, well no way in my lifetime is this going to happen with the type of movements or bending they do. Those other videos are a real disappointment. Makes someone small like myself give up. Now there’s you! Your exercise methods for Little People is an inspiration.   4. I have been searching for diet and fitness information for my son who is an achon. He having issues with his weight. He is in college and your diet tips and recipes are the perfect starting point for him. As you are aware, it is difficult to find a weight loss and exercise program out there for little people.

    • Yes, I could NOT agree More! I am an Achon and now that I am 37 yrs. I am having a really hard time with my weight, like 20 lbs over and I work out at least 3-4x’s a week on the tread mill. It’s starting to kill my knees though. I love to work out but I am more depressed during winter months. I feel crappy because I am this heavy.
